Good recommendations begin with the actual slab.
About Top Notch
Focused work. Hands-on accountability.
A Jacksonville concrete flooring company built around preparation, craftsmanship and floors that fit the way a space is used.
Founded by Brian Cote
Built to transform concrete.
Top Notch Floor Coatings was founded with a hands-on approach to surface preparation and decorative flooring. The company works across residential garages, commercial interiors and industrial spaces throughout Jacksonville.
Top Notch stays focused on three systems: full-broadcast flake flooring, polished concrete and custom metallic floors. Flake is the core of the business, with each project built around the slab, traffic and environment.
Focused scopeThree flooring systems, clearly specified.

Our standard
The finished photo is only half the job.
The floor still has to work after the reveal. We build around the condition of the concrete, the traffic and the maintenance the owner can realistically provide.
Explain the build
You should understand what is being installed and why.
Prepare correctly
Surface preparation is the foundation of the system.
Finish with intent
Color, texture, sheen and traffic are considered before the final layer.
